Ryzlink Restaurant Joins the Culinary EliteWe have wonderful news that we simply must share with you. Our Ryzlink Restaurant has officially made its mark in the prestigious international guide Gault&Millau, also known as the "Yellow Guide."
We have been awarded 12 points and one toque!
This achievement makes us the number one restaurant in Mikulov and the 16th best restaurant in South Moravia. Additionally, our Hotel Ryzlink has been included on the prestigious list of recommended places in the region. Since 1965, Gault&Millau has been setting the standards for fine dining, focusing purely on the quality on the plate: technique, creativity, and ingredients. The expert committee praised not only the balance of our menu but also our courage for international inspiration. Highlights for the inspectors included our beef tartare with truffle mayonnaise, the signature "Holanďák" (minced veal cutlet) by Head Chef Kamila Král, and our deconstructed Pavlova.
