Welcome to Restaurant Ryzlink. A place where quality wine, delicious food and magical views will accompany you every step of the way.

Paolo Palazzo, the chef of Ryzlink Restaurant, continues and develops the Fucik family tradition. Paolo's love for cooking has been with him since he was a child and his favourite cuisine is Czech and Italian. His roots lead him to both. All his menus are united by one of the chef's constant ingredients, and that is his passion for cooking.

Add to that the perfect pairing of dishes with wines from the Fučík Winery and the art is on the table! And don't forget, as our Chef Paolo says, "life is too short to skip dessert".

Exclusive Sicilian menu

Enjoy a special weekend menu from the pen of our chef Paolo Palazzo. From the 19th to the 21st of July you can taste sunny Italy in our Sicilian menu.

You can look forward to the following courses:

Appetizer

  • Arancini con mortadella e pistacchio, maionese verde (Fried rice croquettes stuffed with mortadella salami and pistachios, green mayonnaise)

Main course

  • Casarecce con pesto siciliano e gamberetti (Casarecce with tomato pesto, grilled prawns)

  • Piccata di pollo, patate al foro con rosmarino (Chicken breast in lemon sauce with capers, roasted potatoes with rosemary)

  • Calamari ripieni alla siciliana con insalata e salsa al limone (Stuffed calamari, salad with lemon dressing)

Dessert 

  • Cannoli siciliani al pistacchio (Sicilian fried tube stuffed with ricotta and pistachio cream)

  • Sorbetto al Limone con limoncello fatto in casa (Lemon sorbet with our homemade limoncello)

Every Thursday from 25th July we prepare a special grilled menu for you. Visit countries all over the world with us and enjoy local specialties. Starting with Greek cuisine.

Where wine meets fine dining

Menu

The basis of every dish in our restaurant is fresh local ingredients without added chemicals. In addition, Chef Paolo Palazzo always adjusts his menus according to the current season.

With wine, we recommend our "Moravian" tapas, which we either make ourselves or are supplied by local suppliers. Enjoy!
